We hope you enjoy your ride on toy purchase from AKAC TOYZ LTD. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for some reason, please see below for more information on our returns policy.

CHANGE OF MIND

If your delivery has been completed and you change your mind, please do not open or attempt to assemble any part of your toy. Returns will only be accepted on toys that can be re-sold. Please get in touch with us by email info@akactoyz.ie within 7 days of receiving your delivery. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item after the return has been approved by us.

FAULTY ITEMS

All goods sold by AKAC TOYZ LTD online come with a 12 months warranty. Please get in touch with us by email info@akactoyz.ie to troubleshoot any issues that you may have or to organise replacement parts. Please attach a copy of your receipt or have your order number to hand. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item after the return has been approved by us.

CHARGING INFORMATION

As per instructions, please make sure to fully charge each vehicle before 1st time use. CAUTION: Only use the original charger included with the vehicle. Chargers must be plugged directly into the indoor mains and not via an extension lead. Mis-use may result in your your warranty being voided.
